Forsyth Creek Week 2024: Composting ABCs

Did you know composting is an excellent way to care for our waterways? Celebrate Forsyth Creek Week by learning how to start and maintain your own backyard compost bin or pile. Learn about the benefits of composting, the two main types, the tools you need to get started, what can and cannot be composted, how to layer food scraps and yard trimmings, and how to apply your compost to your garden, flower beds, and lawn.
