Join the Sierra Club in sharing your favorite hikes, kayaking spots or other outdoor adventures! You can do it as an outings leader with the Sierra Club! Participants need to be at least 18 yrs old and a member of the Sierra Club (new memberships are only $15 and you can join on the day of the training). Outdoor Leadership Training (OLT 101) will be taught from 9am to 12pm. Basic first aid will be taught from 1-5pm by Dr. Wes Wallace. Dr Wallace is an Assoc. Professor of Emergency Medicine at UNC Chapel Hill and a member of the Wilderness Medical Society. Click here for more information.
