Join Piedmont Land Conservancy’s Conservation Advisor, Dr. Ken Bridle, at the Emily Allen Wildflower Preserve to learn how to identify trees in winter, mostly from bark, twigs, branches, location, shape, and other such features. The workshop includes an indoor orientation followed by fieldwork walking the 6-acre preserve. We’ll wrap up back in the classroom over hot chocolate.
