This 3.6-mile hike will take us by the gently tiered Hidden Falls and Windows Falls. It meanders down the mountain along the Indian Creek, through Rhododendron thickets and oak forest, and ends at the Dan River.

Join N.C. Cooperative Extension and our NC State Extension Master Gardener volunteers of Forsyth County to help beautify the Arboretum at Tanglewood Park. Tasks will include planting, weeding, mulching, and more.

Join this group hike guided by PLC volunteer Matt Perry. The hike will begin at the parking area at Wits End Rd in Thurmond, NC. Parking is available at the trailhead. After signing up, more parking directions will be sent to your email.
