Piedmont Young Birders, Piedmont Bird Club, and T. Gilbert Pearson Audubon Society join together to host the Student Bird Photography Contest!
Entry details:
- Contest is open to students, grade k-12
- photo must be taken by the student
- photo must be 4x6 depiting a non-captive bird in Guilford County
- include a title and the location in Guildford County
- photo cannot be matted or framed
- one entry per student
- include a 3x5 index card with the photo entry that has: student's name, student's grade and school
Entries will be recieved at Wild Birds Unlimited (2920-A Martinsville St, Greensboro, NC 27408) during the month of December.
Judging will take place in the month of January
Winners for 1st and 2nd place in elementary, middle, and high school categories will be announced at a special event on February 4, 2023. Prizes provided by local businesses.
